This is a do88 self-designed performance intercooler for easy plug-in installation into your Audi Seat Skoda VW 1.8 TSI / 2.0 TSI (MQB) including extended piping kit (ALSO FIT 7 SPEED DSG!).

This intercooler is built to deliver the best cooling efficiency in tough conditions. Made exclusively from aluminium with continuous welds, it ensures reliability and strength when you really need it. The increased core volume improves cooling efficiency and lowers intake air temperature. Of course, being a high performance do88 product, we have performed extensive, stringent and continuous testing while developing this product to ensure the best performance. No compromises have been made. This intercooler is immensely optimised for the space given for easy drop-in mounting.

The 99% increased core volume is an achievement we are proud of. It is a noticeable difference. Noticeable to say the least. The engine pulls better across the rev range and can withstand repeated full throttle runs without generating heat. The perception that an intercooler is something to only upgrade after a major engine tune-up is false, but widely held among car buyers and enthusiasts. During hot Swedish summer days, with repeated pulling, inspired driving or even normal driving in a warmer climate, it doesn't take much effort from the engine to generate dangerously high inlet temperatures, even on a standard, untuned car. The cooling capacity with an OEM intercooler is in many cases less, which will affect the usable power draw. The heat must be removed, otherwise the promised power will drop when you start to open the throttle. With our intercooler you can rest assured that the power is there, at all times.

This product comes with everything needed for easy installation, without the need to cut or otherwise modify the original shape of the car. Bolts, washers and fitting instructions are of course included.
