BR series coilovers use a large 46 mm diameter piston in a 53 mm diameter damper body to maximise oil capacity.

As the damping unit opearates with the oil inside to be heated.

The viscosity of the oil varies with its temperature, which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics of the unit.

BC Racing uses only the highest quality oil with its coilovers but goes that extra mile to maximise performance and build the BR range with a 53mm diameter shock body.

This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces peak temperature and significantly improves damper performance.

The BC racing RM coilover damper series provides high damping quality in a front or front and rear inverted single-tube damper depending on model. The RM series offers all the quality of the BR series but with the added benefit of inverted technology, which offers countless advantages.

Unsprung mass is reduced by shifting the weight of oil and gas from the cartridge to the car.
