Different from the previous versions created by us, the Turbo Pressure Regulator integrates a brand new micrometric pressure regulation system.
Which allows for regulation and management with intervals of hundredths of a bar, managing to obtain and control minimal increases in pressure, power and torque, avoiding the control unit entering the recovery phase.
Also useful in the event of reprogramming the control unit, where it is not possible to obtain the desired pressure. The adjustment takes place with a special rotating knob, and relative position clicks, spaced between them by a few degrees, which allow increases or decreases of a few cents (2 to be exact).
This mechanical feature allows you to always move forward or backward in the exact same position, without losing the adjustments made.
As in all our overboost systems, the regulation takes place without venting air to the outside.
A pre-loaded spring system with different working sections of the pressure allows continuous and precise regulation and modulation, keeping the set value constant, applying a slight response delay, which will also allow obtaining a pressure peak different from the set constant pressure.
This is in favor of a higher torque.
