Aside from the breathtaking aesthetics with the hood open, this solution eliminates engine failures caused by clogged intake valves, also eliminating the power loss and rough idling associated with these conditions. The completely closed system channels oil vapors from the crankcase directly into the recovery tank, preventing the buildup of these carbon-forming agents, especially those caused by long-life oils, low-quality fuel, and low-revving city driving.

WARNING: If using the vehicle with the kit installed in cold climates, we strongly recommend disconnecting the tubing from the oil trap and temporarily draining it onto the ground, as condensation in the system may freeze at temperatures below 0°C. This leads to increased crankcase pressure, potentially damaging the engine. If you don't want to discard the Catch-Can, it's recommended to check and empty it frequently.
