ZRP billet crankshaft designed specifically for 1.4 T-Jet and MultiAir engines found in Abarth, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo vehicles.
ZRP crankshafts are manufactured from 4340 steel and precision-engineered to maximize engine performance. The production process includes rigorous quality control measures—such as sonic testing and X-ray inspections—to ensure unsurpassed quality and durability in extreme applications. Each crankshaft undergoes multi-stage heat treatment and a nitriding hardening process, resulting in exceptional wear resistance. They feature smooth oil passages for improved lubrication of the main journals and are precision-balanced to within +/- 0.1 g·cm (1 g·cm for 4-cylinder models and 2 g·cm for 6-cylinder models). All ZRP crankshafts come ready for installation.
