Dna Racing

The "Fast Road” DNA Racing version utilizes a unique custom dna/Powerflex molded bushing with an hardness of 95 shore to absorb vibrations, but still reduce engine movement to aid getting all the power to the ground. The special design with a bushing with holes allows us to get the best results in terms of performances and vibration reduction. This kit is intended for Fast road application. The body, is made from a machined from solid 6061 gold anodized aluminum billet.

The DNA motor mount, called torque arm, is the best way to minimize engine movement getting a better traction and reducing shifting time.  For Grande Punto Abarth only. Does not fit on the EVO version. Shifter M32 only.

The standard rear suspension has a very low torsional stiffness. This causes the understeer of the vehicle, thus limiting the performance. This kit allows to increase the rigidity of the system making the attitude of the vehicle much more "flat" and much more responsive to changes of direction. The torsion bar is adjustable and allows to obtain more or less oversteering, depending on driving style and on circuit characteristic.

This suspension arms kit intended for track day, road and racing applications, has been designed to improve the stiffness and strength of the arms, to decrease weight of the masses on the ground and to eliminate unwanted movement of the wheels, caused by the excessive elasticity of the original silent blocks. The system includes high-quality motorsport uniballs. The kit also includes a new system of protection of the uniballs against dirt that makes arms maintenance-free and ideal for road use. Results: improvement of the handling and of the steering system, better control of the characteristic angles of the suspension, improvement of braking and especially elimination of the tendency to "wave" during the acceleration phase. A MUST for cars over 180 hp. The kit includes the front arms, two racing uniballs together with their protections against dirt and all the hardness needed

In addition to enhancing steering precision via the uniball system, our kit improves the performance of the spring-and-damper assembly and allows for caster and camber adjustment of up to approximately -3°. Increasing this angle maximizes the tire's contact patch during demanding cornering. The kit includes: a spring seat, an adjustment cam, a uniball support cam, a motorsport-grade uniball, a noise-reducing ball bearing, and a special damper shaft nut. Machined from solid Ergal. Note: The kit is compatible with both "coilover" and "standard large-spring" type dampers. With "standard large-spring" dampers, the full range of camber adjustment may not be usable due to the spring making contact with the chassis.
